Submissions and Publication
Instructions
The submission website is https://openreview.net/group?id=ifaamas.org/AAMAS/2025/Workshop/ARMS
The submissions should follow the AAMAS 2025 format (see this page for instructions or directly download the LaTeX style file from here).
Papers should not exceed 8 pages + references in length.
Papers will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. The criteria for acceptance will include: originality, readability, relevance to workshop themes, soundness, and overall quality.
Papers do not have to be anonymized; we follow a single-blind review process. Also, there will be no archival proceedings; papers will be made available to the workshop participants upon request.
Fast-Track Review for Extended Abstracts
As part of our coordination with the main AAMAS conference, we offer a fast-track review process to robotic papers that were initially submitted as full papers but have been accepted as extended abstracts ("short papers") to the main AAMAS conference. While extended abstracts are typically presented as posters at AAMAS, authors who submit their original full version to ARMS fast-track will have the opportunity to give a full oral presentation of their work at the workshop. Authors should submit their original full version of the paper. Please include the original AAMAS paper number with your submission.
Proceedings and Multiple Submissions Policy
ARMS is a specialized workshop without archival proceedings, and no proceedings available on the web. As such, many conferences accept duplicate submissions. We encourage the authors to carefully examine the policy of the conference/journal they intend to submit their work to before submitting their paper to ARMS.
